Chess Puzzel - 2

This is another interesting puzzel I found in a match between Magnus Carlsen and Ian Nepomniachtchi  in Magnus Carlsen invitaional chess tournament.

This is actually a slight variation of Carlsen's end game.


Here white has the next move and don't let black to draw the match.

HINT: White should get queen with remainig pawn.
